Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to website design, development, AI agent and automation services provided by Web Goats.

Quotes and engagement

Quotes are based on the scope described at the time of enquiry. Where the scope changes — additional pages, features or integrations — we will confirm any adjustment with you before proceeding.

Timeframes

Following a full analysis of your requirements, build timeframes typically range from 1 to 14 days depending on the size of the project. Timeframes rely on receiving your content and feedback promptly.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Final delivery, handover of files and domain connection occur once the agreed balance has been settled.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. Substantial redesigns or new functionality requested after approval may be quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, imagery and any licences required for the material supplied to us, and for confirming that content is legal to publish.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered website design and content transfers to you. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Liability

We deliver our services with care and skill, however Web Goats is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a delivered website, agent or automation.
